Add short names for Volume Snapshot CRDs

Browse Source 
This allows end users to run `kubectl get vs`, for example, instead of
`kubectl get volumesnapshot`. The following short names have been
implemented:

* `VolumeSnapshot` - `vs`
* `VolumeSnapshotContent` - `vsc`, `vscs`
* `VolumeSnapshotClass` - `vsclass`, `vsclasses`
